Marine Board - Annex corespondence from the Commanders of the H. C. Ships Asia and Tigris stating that they have received information of several more of their Seamen being on board the Antelope - Submit observations on Lieut Arrows conduct and would recommend his suspension had there been any Officer to succeed him in the command of that Vessel - Reasons and reommend that the Antelope may be permitted to proceed to Sea after the men shall have been restored to the Coummander of the H. C. S tigris etc.
