Letter from the Board of Trade, to the Governor-General in Council in the Secret department, reporting the capture of some batta Lascurs by Capt.Kempt of the Lascelles, enclosing a copy of a letter from him, urging the necessity of despatching a light vessel to seize Capt.Kempt and to return the lascars to Bengal, and recommending some compensation to the families of those men.
