Copy of a letter from Lieut L.Hardyman of His Majestys ship La sybille to Mr.J.Shore, Secretary to the Marine Board intimating that guns and carriages of the La sybille are lying exposed to the sun, that they have not been taken into fort, and requesting that arrangements may be made for taking shots and powder from the ship.
