Letter from Messrs F.Horsley and J.H. Harington ,superintendents of the press stating that Mr.E.Morris, late Superintendent of the press, is liable to pay the amount demanded from them on account of damaged stationery, and requesting that the Civil Paymaster may be directed not to suspend payment of such of their bills as are in course of payment.
