Letter from Major F. R. Macdonald, Superintendent of Prince of Wales Island, reporting that in consequence of the depredations of the Malay pirates, he had fitted out a small squadron against them, stating that he has advanced 1,000 dollars to Capt. Clayton of the Worcester Indiaman, which vessel has been forced to come back, reporting the arrival of the Intrepid, and transmitting minutes of survey of the Company`s ships at Fort Cornwallis.
