Messrs Fairlie & Company - Refer to their address on the 12th May last - have received a power of attorney from Mr. Fergusson & fro reasonsstated solict that the Government Promissing note for sum of Rs. 41,000 may bear on Interest, or be paid by a 6 Per cent note bearing Interest from the 10th May 1800.
