States reasons for abandoning his intention of reporting upon the condition of the Natives States reports having dispatched the Zephyr to the Coast of Acheen and considers it essential that His Majesty Ships should frequently visit that quarter and that some remedial measures should be adopted by the Supreme Government for the protection of Trade there & the suppression of Piracy etc. Is making enquiries into the causes of the late Murders on board the Brig Zoroaster by the Crew of that Vessel.
