To Agent to the Governor General and Commander of Assam - Approving the instructions issued by him for collecting in Assam 3 and 4 maunds of Tea Seed for experimental culture in the Plantations under Dr. Falconer in Kemaon, and authorizeing him to engage the services of Mr. Lum Pring Yung and a Chimaman or two Assamese on the payproposed, to proceed to Kemaon and place themselves under the orders of Dr. Falconer.
