L.S. - In reply the Malabar to be employed in conveying troops and stores to Bencoolin suggest the appointments of Captain Hepbour and Lieut. Betham also the removal of Mr. Rogers from the Malabar Captain Maxfield to furnish an account of disbursements made by him for victualling the Invalids and himited service men during the intended Voyage to England 50 Cubical Fort to be allotted to each of these men now proceeding in that Vessel to Fort Marlbour.
