Board - State that the Tweed Pilot Vessel requires a thornigh repair and for reasons assigned recommend the Government of Bombay being requested to direct the Construction of two vessels to replace the Tweed and the Jussy recently lost as also the construction at this Presidency to two windlasses for transmission to Bombay to be placed in the New Vessels.
