Submit copy of the proceeding of the Committee appointed to enquire into the loss of the Sophia Pilot Schooner are of opinion that the Individual most to Clame are Mr. Davidson the standing mat and Mr. Tippen a 2nd Mast Recommend their dismissal from the service conduct of Mr. Branch Pilot chew who had charge f the Sophia at the time to the accident consdired Inexpediency of retaining him on the acting strenght of the Pilot Establishment recommend his removal and that he be allowed in consequence of his former good charcter to retire on the full Penssion his rank.
