Minute of the Postmaster- Geenral proposing that orders should be issued to the Judicial , Revenue and commercial officers in charge of cross daks to obey the instructions of the Postmaster- General respecting the daks under their charge, suggesting that unclaimed letters be opened by the Postmaster - General or by a committee appointed for the pupose ,and requesting forthe purpose , and requesting that certain ules may be laid down for realising the postage on letters which are refused by the addressce.
