Instant. - Authorizing the employment of 3 Peons for the conveyance of Letters between Chensurah and the revising of the establishment of the Deputy Post Master at Sylhet also the entrtainment of a Writer at the Bhaugulpore Post Office at 20 Rs. Per Month and establishing the rate of pay of the Dawk Runners at that Station as also the Contingent Charges of the Post Office at Muttra and the employment of 7 Runners between that Station and Bhurtpore at 4 Rs. e. a per month.
