Marine Board - Submit letters from the Commnader of the Irrawaddy on thesubject of the establishment at present allowed for that Vassel, advertg to the redued Establishmetn proposed in their letter of the 8th May which had reference tothe Ganges and Irrawddy being employed as Tugs, Submit a revised scale which they recommend should now be permanently fiex.
