Encloses correspondence between Mr. Secretary Hay and Mr. Sheriff in 1792 to show that the Pension of 60 Rupees per mensem was granted to Loll Beharry Mittre & his family consisting of 20 persons - States that on the death of Loll Beharry Mittre Mr. Parry them Sub Treasurer after insepcting the orders of Government ordered the Pension to be continued to the family.
