Minute by the Governor General - Recommeding that Captain Vetchs Estimates No. 77 & 78 for constructing a Road on an entirely new line from Burdwan to Kissenaghur and for Metaling it and for repairing the old line of Road from Kishnagur to Bancoorah, may be sanctioned, and that all the Papers up the subject be transferred to the Judicial Department.
