Extract Territorial Department - Communicates a correspondece with Mr. R. Bogle agent respecting the large amounts which he has been drwaing in advance from this Government on account of the pensions paid by him at that plance, with a view to the preparation of instruction being issued to the Government of Prince of wales Island to negociate an arrangemtn for the paymetn of the Pensions in supercession of the plan under which Mr. Bogle remains the Salaried agent.
