From Secretary - With Reports of the two monthly Examinations held at the College on the 16th, 18th & 19th Instant in the Persian, Hindee & Bengalee Languages. Mr. Gubbins having passed an Examination in Persian on 16th March is now qualified for the Public Service - he is recommended for a Medal of Merit.
