From Civil Auditor - Transmits copies of a letter addressed by him in June 1830 to the Vice President in Council praying on the grounds therein stated for exemption from the deductions to which Civil Servants are subject while absent on Sick leave and the reply thereto dated 5th July 1830 and to show that there are Presidents for such exemptions, copies of two letters from the Chief Secretary to Government dated 4th November 1824 to the address of the then Civil Auditor and of the Commissioner of Cuttack respectively.
