From Board - Report the death of Mr. Mitchell late Commander of the Light Vessel Torch. Submit a letter from the Master Attendant on the impracticability of relieving the Officers of the floating Lights every two months as proposed by the Finance Committee without subjecting the Public Service to inconvenience - Suggest that the Situation of Commander First and 2nd Mate be filled by Officers Volunteering from the Pilot Service on the Allowances within stated which would effect a saving of 114 Rs. per mensem for each Vessel.
