To Secretary Military Orphan Society - In reply. States that it is by no means the intention of the Government to withdraw any part of its printing business from the Orphan School Establishment or to allow Public Officers to give a preference to other Presses. On the contrary the Vice President in Council has declaired his readiness to enquire into every case in which other Establishments may be employed to the prejudice of the interests of the Orphan School.
