Proposed extension of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, to Bombay, Punjab and Burma. Proposed amendment of the Indian Registration Act, 1877, with a view to bringing that Act into conformity with the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, and to reconciling the conficting decisions regarding the effect of section 50 of the former Act.
