With reference to this Office, Nos. 3788 and 3790, dated 22nd August 1867, forwards Resolution of Govt. in that Department, on the Rule proposed by the Chief Commissioners of British Burmah and Central Provinces for crediting all penalties imposed under Section 17 of Act XXV. of 1867 to local Funds.
