With reference to this Office No.576, dated the 25th ultimo, forwards copy of the papers referred to in the Resolution of the Lieutenant-Governor, dated the 24th October last, on the Half-yearly Return for Cachar, under Section 16, Act VI. (B.C) of 1867 ; and connected papers.
