With reference to his No. 4331, dated 7th September last, forwarding a scheme proposed by Mr. Webb for the collection and registration of meteorological information, forwards extracts of a letter from the Meteorological Reporters for the Punjab, also copy of a communication from Mr. Webb, with His Honor the Lieutenant- Governor`s suggestions.

The National Archives of India is on a mission to digitize and make available online each and every record in its repositories. This is an ongoing effort and some records will be made available before the others.
