To Acting Chief Secretary - In reply cannot be sufficient reason for reusing the Post Office Establishment at Mhow but if there are Individuals deserving of special consideration in the Separtment the Government will be prepared to sanction the continuance of their allowances and to allow the excess above what has been ordered by Government from 1st January last as persnal allowance.
