Secretary - Forwards copy of a letter from Mr. Taylor Commissioner of Patna stating that his son Mr. W. V. G. Taylor who was permitted to reside at Patna for the purpose of proseenting his studies at that station passed his Examination in Ordoo Six weeks ago. That since them every effect has been made to obtain a Bengallee Moonalic but without effect he proposes therefore that his son be permitted to come soon to Calcutta to present the study of the Bengallee language.
