To Secretary Bengal - With reference to his letter of the 12th Ultimo forwards of the above 2 communication from the Director General Post Office from the latter of which it will be seen that the Post Office of Chittagong has now being fixed in a centrical position. Observes that the Rules of the 9th February 1855 require the officers of the Post Office to pay prompt attention to all suggestions or requisitions made by the Local Governments and their officers.
