Officiating Director General - Submits a cover stamped with one of the district Postage stamps introduced into Sindh by the Commissioner of the Dist. States that the P. W. G. at Bombay is not aware of the stamps in question having been in use since the Post Office act of 1854 came into operation and that there is no correspondence in his office shewing he origin of their introduction recommends that their use be prohilated and that the stamps in use in other parts of India should be introduced into Scinde.
