Petition of Cowaojee Rullanjee of Bombay - Represents that he had entered into contract for the Conveyance of the Mail between Bombay and Indore and bank that he has fulfilled the terms of his Contract under great difficulties and pecuniary losses that the Director General Post Office has ordered that it shall - by the 1st February next nine month before the time it has to rem. under those circumstances prays for compensation and that his Contract may be placed on a more equitable footing.
