With reference to Extract Military Department of the 22nd Ultimo communicates remarks to that Department to the effect that H. E. the commander in Chief being favorable to the intorduction of Vaccination into the army the further consideration of the belongs to that Department where the necessary steps may be taken for giving effect to the intention of Government.
