General - Forwards extract para 8 from the foregoing Despatch suggesting enquiry as to whether the stamp Department at Calcutta may not be able to furnish the requisite supply of Postage Stamps on the termination of existing contract with Messrs Dr. Larue and Co. and requests he will after commander with the Revenue Board at Calcutta submit a Report on the Honble Court sugg. for the consideration of Government adds that under the contract with Messrs Dclarve and Co the Dees and plates # by than in Printing Postage Stamps will become the property of the E. I. Coy. and the expiration of te Contract.
