To Secretary - In reply considers a salary of Rs. 600 a month with travelling allowance at Rs.5 a day to be adequate remuneration for Mr. Sowerbys services acordingly authorizes him to draw monthly that allowance for such period as he may be employed in the Kumaon Iron Works.
