To Secretary Madras - Forwards copy of the foregoing states that Government has sanctioned the advance of 700 Rs. drawn by Mr. Brooking Officiating Deputy Superintendant at Madras in anticipation of sanction for the construction of the line from Mysore to the Malabar Frontier and requests issue of the necessary orders for the disbursement of the above mentioned sum.
