From Assistant Secretary - In continuation of letter from Secretary N. W. Provicnces dated 3rd October last transmits for consideration copy of a lettr from the Accountant N. W. Provinces and of the letter addressed to the Post Master General sanctioning the Establishment required by Dr. Ranken for examining and checking the Dak Bearers Accounts amounting to Rs. 160 Per Month.
