Read a Dispatch from the Honble Court of Directors No. 39 of /52 of the 6th November replying to Judical letters from Bengal No. 19 of 19th July 1857, stating that they have provided a low pressure Marine Engineer fro a Dredging Machine to be constructed at Singpore and Employed for # the obstruction to the Navigation of the Singpore River.
