To the Commissioners for the enquiry in to the Postal System of India - Transmits for consideration and report Honble Court Dispatch No. 24 dated 23th October 1850 and correspondence with the local Governments relative to a proposal of H. M. Post Master General in London for the introdaction of a system which will adiut of the entire postage upon letters between the United Kingdom and India being prepaid on sent beuring at the optain of the Suder.
