Secretary - Requests sanctions tot he following items of expenditure :- Rs. 100 per month 3 month Establishment for the Stationery Department. Rs. 35 per month salary of a permanent Clerk for 3 month establishment for the Stationery Department. Rs. 40 per month establishment of a Peon on Rs. 5 and a sweeper on Rs. 3 per month and for five Travellers Bungalows in the suttrah Districts. Rs. 100 per month employment of 4 draftsmen sum of Rs. 25 each by the Collector of Land Revenued for 6 Month to prepare and accurate map of the Island of Bombay.
