The majority of the Board at Lahore having objected to employ Bengallis, brings the subject to the official notice of the Governor General-# to the Courts approval of the establishment of a course of lectures on Geology-Recommends a gentleman recently arrived for the performance of that only-Refers also to Capt Mailtans School of Civil Engineering at Madras.
