Petition of Mrs. Margaret Seymour - With a Memorial addressed to the Court of Directors praying an increase of Pension in consequence of the Income derivable to herself and Children from the Bengal Mariners and General Widows Fund having been reduced from 160 to 20 Rs. a month to herself and 6 Rs. to each of her Children and the state of the Funds of the Institution affording no certain prospect of a continuance of this small income.
