Secretary - Submit an application from Baboo Jay Kissen and Raj Kissen Mookerjee Zamindar of Ooterpurah to Establish an Hospital and Dispensary at that place if the Government will Consent to pay half the cost of the necessary buildings estimated at Rs. 4000 and also to allow permantetly 100 Rs. a month for the maintenance of the institution together with the English Medicines and Surgical Instruments . Requests to know what general principles the Government of India would lay down for guidance on such occasion.
