To Secretary to Government - Informations that Mr. I.C. Wilson has been appointed as special Commissioner to trace & bring to punishment those who have been guilty of the crimes of mutiry or rebellion during the late disturbances & authorizes the Chief Commander to issue to Mr. Wilson & to such other officers as may now or hereafter he associated with him a commission or commissioner under act XIV of 1857 for the trial of all or any persons charged with having can mutted with in any of the districts subject to the Chief Commander any offence punishable by act. No. XI, XIV & XVI of 1857 & also a Commission or Commissioners under act No. XVII of 1857 for the trial of native officers & soldiers for mutiny and desertion Mr. Mlsonmll receive.
