P. Lloyd 11th N. I. to be Deputy Cmmander ajnere & Mharnvarra on Rs. 1200 Per Month., as also Captain I. B. Desirurys 38th W. I. Superintendentkk of nemuch & authorizes the for mation of another Regiment of Mbairs of the same stringth as the present Battalion & appoints Lieut. Carnell 3rd European Regiment to the commander # the appointment of Captain E.I. Rukards 6th N. I. to be commander of the Mhamvarre Battalion being already notified from the # Department.
