Outram in the Lucknow Gurrisen to whose assistance allarqadable trooops should be sent approves of the communication made to Captain osborne & Bridage Carthew - Requests that Major Erskine Commissioner of Saugor be made acquainted with the seal & late of things & the impossibility of send any present help.
