To Civil Auditor - With referenct to his letter dated 13th July last - Authorizes his passing the Bills for assessment & Lighting charges on government premises submitted with his letter dated15th June With the remark that the assessments on government premises are # out of preportion to those on private building & the regret that no one on the part of government objected to the rates # reduced solate in a complaint to the commander # the public buildings # over assissed next year the suggestion regarding Lighting charges is approved & authorizes him to act as proposed.
