Secretary North Western Provinces - Forwards letter from the Director of Public Instruction submitting a scheme for the allotment of Scholarships & the appointment of additional junior Teachers on certain Government Colleges & Schools the details of which scheme have been prepared in personal communication with the Lieut Governer request confirmation of the provisional sanction given by His Honor for the present year only to the Directors suggestion which will involve an extra cost of Rs. 395 per mensem in addition to Rs. 400 per mensem to be taken from the Fund for higher Scholarships & states that the subject will be reported on for fresh orders at the close of the current collegiate year.
