To Superintendent Botanical Gardens - With reference to the foregoing states that the Lieutt. Governor N. W. P. has been requested to instrent the Supeintendent of the Soharunpore Garden to forward to him the seeds mentioned therein and requests that on receipt of the same he wil forwarded them to the Cape of Good Hope with store he himself has collected.
