To Director General Post Office - With reference to his # dated 17th and 26th May last, informs that the Charge for Non Service Banghy parcels seat by Railway shall be at the rate of 1/3rd of an anna per # per Mile and so soon as any Railway Company are prepared to undertake the receipt line Government shall withdraw from the Carrier traffic between those stations and the Post Offices Desires that the above be communicated to the Managers of the Several Railways in India.
