Notification - Declares that all Correspondence relating to the following subjects Vizt. Civil Funds the Military Funds Medical Fund Aposhecaries Funds & pay certificates of officers of not Post Paid must be sent hearing postage & not as on the Public Service all Pay Master & other officers receiving letters sent free under afficial signature which are not on the public service are directed to send such letters to the Post Master General of the Presidency for recovery of the Postage from the sender & for sussreing such penalties as the law allows.
