To Officiating Director General - Drans his attentioin to the system now prevailing in the Office of the Superintendant of Stamps in Calcutta for the rescipt Stowaje and distribution of Postage Stamps and as the discontinuance of the manufacture of Postage Stamps in this Country and their inportation from England renders it necessary that a new set of rule should be framed complete in themselves such as the altered circumstances of the sase calls for requests he will concert with the Board of Revenue oprepare such rules and submit them to Government for approval.
